Entwined - Heather Dixon Absolutely enchanting! Entwined is unlike anything I've ever read before. I could hardly put the book down.

The writing isn't anything spectacular but somehow, I managed to feel like I was reading one of the most graceful pieces of writing on earth. I can only describe it like a dance. This is a wonderful book!

The characters are so fun and easy to love. I'm not sure which one was my favorite. There was hardly ever a dull part. And the author produced moments where you absolutely had to smile or laugh. The girls were so very lovable. At first, the King seems like a hard man but even then there's a hint of gentleness about him. Despite everything, you never doubted that he cared about his daughters. There were times when I just wanted to tell the characters, no don't think that, he loves you! But, alas, I couldn't. This book is filled with charming suitors, even if they weren't so charming at first. My favorite among them was probably Lord Bradford. *sigh*

The Keeper was originally portrade as a graceful, kind if not mysterious man. He was a wonderful part of the story. At one point though, in just a few sentences, the author managed to describe him in such a way that you realize how dangerous he really is. But his character is still somehow graceful in all his movements. All of the characters seem to in some way have this grace about them no matter how they were described; it was actually a wonderful touch.

Entwined is filled with love but not so much that you get bored with the same thing happening over and over again. There were a few instances when it was filled with what I suppose you would call, frightening images. They weren't gory or anything like that. But it was just so different from the rest of the caring feeling in the book that it sent chills down your arms and neck.
